RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • You must have receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EXCLUSIONS

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
